Cancellation Policy

Deposits When booking online we may require a deposit for certain treatments or bookings. This deposit will be taken off the final bill for the treatment and is non-refundable unless 48 hours notice is given in the event of cancelation. Thank you for your understanding. Cancellation Policy We kindly ask all guests to give us at least fourty-eight hours notice period for the cancellation of treatments so that we may attempt to offer a treatment of a similar duration to another customer. In the case where we are unable to find alternative custom within this period, you will forfeit your deposit. Where timely notice has been provided in excess of fourty-eight hours, we will hold your deposit for collection or allow you to use this against future treatments. If we have had to cancel your treatment for any reason, a full refund of any money paid will be returned to yourself.
